Define the occasion
Breakfast, a quick port lunch, a family dinner and a late meal need different filters. Write the fixed constraint first: ship all-aboard, tour departure, child's routine, dietary requirement or step-free access. The useful shortlist begins with timing, group needs and area rather than a single universal score.

Require verifiable venue fields
A public listing needs a current contact method, opening pattern, dated menu, price method, dietary notes, reservation process and accessibility status. 'Open now' on a map is not enough for a future meal, and a category label does not prove how a kitchen handles an allergy. Unknown fields stay unknown until a first-party or directly verified source resolves them.
Separate editorial and commercial order
A paid card may be labelled and placed in a dedicated slot, but payment cannot buy an editorial position or erase a missing field. The organic method, inclusion threshold and correction path should remain visible before any venue shortlist is indexed.
Use area as logistics, not a quality score
Town Centre can reduce friction for port and waterfront plans; marina, Ladies Beach and resort-side locations serve different journeys. A nearby venue is not automatically better, but the walk, slope, parking, late return and next appointment belong in the decision. Map the exact entrance rather than relying on the neighbourhood label.
For a fixed cruise or tour deadline, calculate the latest leave-table time and keep a margin for paying and walking. For a relaxed evening, compare the return route at the actual hour. A restaurant recommendation that ignores the journey home is incomplete.
Verify dietary and access claims at the needed level
Vegetarian availability does not establish vegan preparation, gluten control or allergy safety. Ask about ingredients, shared fryers or preparation surfaces and who is answering. When the need is medical, an unclear response is not positive evidence; choose a venue that can explain its process or keep a suitable fallback.
For access, confirm the path from pavement or parking to the table and toilet, including steps, slope, doorway and seating space. A ground-floor dining room may still have an inaccessible entrance or toilet. Record what was directly confirmed and when.
Why this is not a city-wide shortlist yet
We do not yet have enough current restaurant information across different areas and meal types to make a fair city-wide shortlist. We will add places when their details can be checked and any photos can be used with permission.
A high review score can point you toward a restaurant, but it cannot tell you whether the menu, access or opening hours fit tonight's plan. Use it to make a shortlist, then confirm those details directly before travelling.
Why we are not listing restaurants yet
We found twelve possible restaurants around the town centre, port, Ladies Beach, marina, Güzelçamlı, Davutlar and Kirazlı. None yet has a complete current set of opening, menu, price, dietary and access details. If you are making a special trip, ask the restaurant directly before you leave.
A menu, phone number or posted opening time is a starting point, not a recommendation. We will add a place only after checking its details directly and setting a date to check them again.
Review analysis publication status
The previous review analysis is not displayed while source-use permission and analysis validation remain unresolved. This is not a positive or negative finding about any business. Confirm current operation, menus and access separately with the venue.
Treat a sea-view restaurant as a table-and-weather promise
A waterfront address, rooftop description or gallery photograph does not prove the view from the table a guest will receive. Record the view type—open sea, marina, harbour, beach or partial street-facing view—then ask whether a view table can be reserved, whether the promise belongs to a specific floor or section and what happens in wind or rain.
Compare the complete evening: exact entrance, steps or lift, toilet route, sunset timing, shade or glare, minimum spend, reservation terms and the journey home. A useful sea-view shortlist needs current direct evidence for these fields and a correction owner; candidate websites alone cannot support a best-view ranking.

Choose restaurants that fit your day
Decide what you want to eat and where you’ll be. A quick lunch near the port calls for different choices than a long dinner in town. Check the menu, how you’ll get there and whether your group needs a reservation.

Ask whether menu prices are per dish, per person or by weight. Check cover charges, service charges and optional extras before ordering.
Check the address and serving hours
Before making a special trip, confirm the address, food-service hours and current menu with the restaurant. Listings can lag behind a move or seasonal schedule, and one unanswered call is not proof that the business has closed.
