Start with Ladies Beach for a town-based beach visit, Kuştur for a sandy public beach outside the centre, a specific Long Beach section for a southern-coast stay, Pamucak for a Selçuk-side outing, or Dilek Peninsula for a nature-focused day. Compare the beach, not just the name
A beach near your accommodation may leave more time by the sea than one that needs a longer transfer. Compare the journey and setting first; check facilities at the exact shore you choose.

TÜRÇEV lists Kuştur as a sandy municipal public beach about 5 km from the town centre. If that's your destination, search for ‘Kuştur Halk Plajı’ on the map rather than a nearby resort. Check the public entrance and available facilities before you go; resort facilities are separate, and this listing is not a report of today's sea conditions.

Ladies Beach or Long Beach?
Kadınlar Denizi is both a neighbourhood name and a beach name. If the beach is your destination, choose the actual public entrance; an accommodation address can mean a different walk. TÜRÇEV identifies the municipal beach as sandy and public, but its record is not a live report of facilities or sea conditions.
For Long Beach, ask which part of the coast is meant. A municipal announcement names the frontages of İdareciler, Yuvam and Köyüm sites as Long Beach locations. These are useful names for discussing your destination, not a claim that one entrance serves them all. Compare the final walk and return pickup for the section you actually want.
Choose between them using your starting address and preferred shore, not a fixed journey time for the entire coastline. A hotel entrance, resort beach service and public shoreline approach are different destinations.
Pamucak: a separate Selçuk-side beach plan
İzmir Municipality describes Pamucak as a sandy coast in the Ephesus-to-Kuşadası direction. That makes it worth considering alongside a Selçuk or Ephesus itinerary, rather than treating it as another central Kuşadası beach stop.
Keep time for the transfer, changing and the return journey. Completing the ruins does not automatically leave enough time for swimming. If your main aim is simply time on the beach, compare Pamucak's journey from your accommodation with the other options before adding sightseeing.
Sevgi: picnic area does not mean campground
The municipality reported reopening the renovated Sevgi picnic area in April 2025. This establishes the picnic-area identity, not today's opening conditions or permission to camp or light a barbecue.
Separately, TÜRÇEV labels the Ada Camping Sevgi facility closed and its programme entry cancelled. That record does not establish closure of the entire Sevgi shoreline. Check the exact area you intend to use; do not build an overnight camping plan from an old beach list or assume neighbouring services remain available.
Dilek Peninsula: choose a park day
The national park offers a different setting from an urban beachfront. İçmeler, Aydınlık, Kavaklıburun and Karasu are distinct named coves in official park records; they should not be treated as a single beach entrance.
Choose one cove and check the park's current access arrangements before departure. This guide does not publish an unverified entrance fee, opening time or facility schedule. Keep the park visit as the main outing if adding other stops would leave too little time for the approach and return.
Facilities, children and mobility
Compare the practical essentials at the exact shore section: the route from the stop or parking area, shade, toilets, changing space and the surface between the promenade and water. A paved waterfront does not establish step-free access across sand.
Municipal ramp announcements are useful starting points for an enquiry, not proof that a ramp is installed and usable today. Ask about the actual route and equipment your group needs. For children, choose manageable access and keep active adult supervision; a family-friendly label or Blue Flag entry is not a swimming guarantee.
Public access and paid extras
Separate reaching the shore from paying for a lounger, umbrella, meal, parking space or club package. Ask what a quoted price includes, whether a minimum spend applies and whether seating is reserved. Confirm the current terms with the business rather than assuming the whole beach uses one price or policy.
In May 2026, the municipality reported a decision to rent umbrellas for 200 TL and sunbeds for 300 TL at beaches in the Kadınlar Denizi, Kuştur and Marina areas. It said the free umbrella-and-sunbed programme would continue in Davutlar, Güzelçamlı and Sahil Siteleri. Those are area-level, dated municipal statements—not a guarantee of today's price, availability or policy at a particular shore section or private business. Check the equipment terms where you actually stop.
We do not recommend a beach club merely because it shares a beach name. Admission, entertainment, age policies and cancellation terms belong to the individual operator.
Plan the return before settling in
Save the exact pickup point and keep dry clothes, water and protection for wet belongings in your day bag. On a cruise visit, all-aboard time is not the time to leave the beach: allow for the journey, port entry and security. On a hotel-change day, include luggage and changing arrangements.
Follow current local warnings. If conditions do not suit swimming, a dry waterfront visit or a return to town can still make a good day; there is no need to chase a second beach to justify the journey.
