Travel-service boundary
Welcome to Kuşadası is an independent publisher. We do not currently collect payments, package travel services, issue vouchers, guarantee third-party services, or act as a tour operator or merchant of record. Any future booking link will identify the independent merchant responsible for price, contract, cancellation, licensing and fulfilment.
Privacy and cookies
The public launch does not offer accounts, store enquiry forms, or place advertising cookies. Standard hosting infrastructure may process basic request and security logs. We do not intentionally send contact information or free-form personal data to analytics services.
If optional analytics, newsletters or enquiry tools are added, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before collection begins. Marketing consent will remain separate from a service request.
Google Maps
Some pages link to Google Maps. Google Maps features and content are governed by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Welcome to Kuşadası does not copy Google reviews, ratings, photos, descriptions or bulk place data into its own content.
Affiliate and sponsored content
There are no paid placements or active affiliate offers in the launch version. If introduced, relevant links and modules will be labeled clearly. A commercial relationship will never purchase a factual claim or editorial “best” position.
Nightlife content remains neutral. We do not publish alcohol-brand promotions, happy-hour campaigns or branded drink sponsorships.
Media, corrections and business claims
Editorial illustrations are labeled and are not evidence of a venue. Documentary business images require original capture, written permission, a compatible license or public-domain status. Public social-media availability does not grant reuse rights.
Business corrections and ownership claims will require evidence and manual review. A factual correction cannot purchase favorable language, and a commercial partner cannot suppress a truthful material limitation. A dedicated submission channel will be activated only after privacy-safe handling is in place.
Use of the guide
Travel information can change after publication. Check official schedules, access rules, prices, licensing and merchant terms before acting. Emergency and safety decisions should rely on the relevant public authority, not this website.
