Davutlar is south of central Kuşadası, inland from the Sevgi Beach coast and north of Güzelçamlı. It can suit travellers prioritising the southern beaches, but it is not the town centre and a Davutlar property may be inland or coastal. Davutlar covers more than one coastal strip. The municipality places Sevgi Beach facilities in Davutlar, but that does not mean every Davutlar address is walkable to the sea.
Check the property pin, road access and route to your chosen beach. A broad booking-area name cannot replace an exact address.

Central Kuşadası favours harbour and town access. Davutlar favours the southern side when your accommodation and transport match that plan. Güzelçamlı is the clearer base for the national-park gateway.
