Define the group before the route
Adults, children, mobility needs and preferred swimming access determine whether a vessel is suitable. Capacity alone does not explain comfort, shade or the way passengers board from the quay or water.
Turn a quote into comparable fields
Request one written total with taxes, crew, fuel, food, drinks and optional extras separated. Avoid comparing a bare charter figure with an inclusive offer as though they represent the same product.
Keep the operating decision with the captain
